The Professional Organizer, LLCThe Professional Organizer is proud to offer a unique brand of organizing. Hiring an Affiliate assures you that you are working with a trained, knowledgeable organizer. Our mission is to provide quality service in a professional and ethical manner. History: The Professional Organizer started as an organizing practice in 2002 with Allison Carter as Chief Executive Organizer. Carter's business boomed and her success prompted her to share her knowledge and expertise with others. She began to mentor new organizers as they entered the business. She would teach them and then send them on to start their own company. Carter improved the mentoring program by adding a written text, Organizing FUNdamentals, teleclasses, and forms to use on the job. In 2005, the program added a licensing program, allowing graduates to use the name The Professional Organizer and become licensed affiliates of The Professional Organizer Licensing, LLC. Affiliate organizers attend teleclasses, submit references, and pass an exit evaluation before being granted affiliate status.
